Below you will find the conditions and cancellation policy.
Only if the non-refundable rate was booked, these cancellation conditions do not apply. Cancellation of a non-refundable rate will be granted no refund or compensation.

If rooms were booked directly with the hotel and on our website:
• Cancellation free of charge  is up to 1 day (24h) before arrival. If the  cancellation is  within 1 day before arrival,the first night will be charged.

• With no show/no cancellation: full amount of the reservation will be charged

Terms and Conditions for other reservations:
• More than 24h. before arrivaldate: free cancellation
• Less than 24h. before the date: 1st night is charged
• With no show/no cancellation: full amount of the reservation will be charged

A CANCELLATION REQUEST IS NOT A VALID CANCELLATION.

Children of all ages are welcome.

One child under 6 years can stay for free in the reserved beds.

You can book a babycot for € 12.00 per day, for children up to 3 years old.

An extra bed is available for €35 per day, on request. This is only allowed in our family rooms.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately during the stay.

Pets are allowed with an extra fee of €12 per day, per pet.

There is  maximum of 2 pets per room.
