If rooms were booked directly with the hotel and on our website.

Non-refundable rate:
If you cancel, modify the booking, or don't show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.

Flexible rate:
Free cancellation 1 day (24 hours)* before arrival.

You may cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. If you cancel within 1 day before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

A CANCELLATION REQUEST IS NOT A VALID CANCELLATION.

Children of all ages are welcome.

One child under 6 years can stay for free in the reserved beds.

You can book a babycot for € 12.00 per day, for children up to 3 years old.

An extra bed is available for €35 per day, on request. This is only allowed in our family rooms.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately during the stay.

Pets are allowed with an extra fee of €12 per day, per pet.

There is  maximum of 2 pets per room.
